Here or there. Now or then. Hit or miss. Those are all phrases that describe the showers we'll see tonight through the weekend. There's no one major weather system moving through so that makes it nearly impossible to say when or where rain will fall.
Tonight gives mainly light showers and lows in the upper 50s.
Tomorrow you can expect some periods of light or moderate rain. An isolated thunderstorm is possible. The average rain chance will be near 30% so most of us won't see substantial rain. Rain amounts will likely be lower along the coast.
Our flannel gray Saturday sky will mostly blot the sun but a few holes and breaks should give brighter moments. Winds stay light out of the southeast keeping overall humidity high. Temperatures will rise into the lower 70s. On Sunday a weak cold front slips southward changing the wind direction out of the north. Coastal areas on Sunday will be near 70 but inland counties will likely stay in the upper 60s. We won't get much of a break from the clouds.
Expect similar rain chances Sunday again near 30%. It doesn't look like a washout. I think Monday will be somewhat damp in the 60s but the north wind will set us on a drying trend. If all holds well, midweek will be dry with brighter skies.
