DRAMATIC VIDEO: Floodwaters have washed away three houses in Wisconsin. Cameras are rolling as one of the home literally breaks in half and falls in.

ONTARIO, Wis. (AP) - Floodwaters have washed away three houses
and are threatening dams in Wisconsin today. This, as military
crews in Indiana help fill sandbags to stop Indiana streams
flooding to record levels.
Wisconsin's emergency management director says water pouring
over the top of Dell Creek Dam on Lake Delton swept away three
houses. It's not known if there were any injuries.
With Indiana's White River forecast to crest tomorrow at 16 feet
above flood stage, nearly 350 members of the military are engaged
in sandbagging operations.
Officials say the stormy weekend weather is responsible for at
least 10 deaths -- mostly in the Midwest. Wisconsin's governor has
declared an emergency for 29 counties, and President Bush declared
a major disaster in 29 Indiana counties. The governor of Iowa says
nearly a third of his state's 99 counties need federal help.
To the east, heat advisories are in effect today from the
Carolinas to Connecticut.
