The food stand on the corner of Claiborne and Government St. Outside the Holiday Inn was kind enough to let News 5 behind the scenes to see how those delicious parade treats are prepared.
Just a hint: if you're trying to eat healthy for Fat Tuesday, forget it! Funnel Cakes are nothing but batter, grease, and powdered sugar.
