Contractors may be pushing back their estimated end date for Gulf Shores deep cleaning—but city officials say they should still meet a February 15th deadline. Initially contractors told the city they’d finish by the end of January. Public Works director Mark Acreman says the revised estimate looks to be the first week of February.
He says this is well within the city’s deadline of the 15th. Acreman says they want to make sure all cleanup crews and staging areas are gone by the time spring breakers arrive.
