Crews are working to remove the final pilings from the multi-million dollar booming system in Perdido Pass.
The News 5 Wind Creek Chopper captured video from the air Wednesday, and Debbie Williams was reporting on the ground Thursday morning.
For the first time in the last several months, the Pass is clear.
The boom has been gone for some time. It was taken out before Tropical Storm Bonnie, but the pilings have remained until this week.
