Mobile cured its case of cabin fever Friday night.
So far this season, rain has forced three Mardi Gras parades to re-schedule.
Friday, folks were ready to have some fun.
And, they had a good time without worrying about the weather.
For the past seven years, it rained on the Incas parade.
No need for umbrellas this year, unless you wanted to party.
When asked how she liked the weather, Malay Jackson of Mobile said, "Its beautiful. I'm so blessed its not raining. It's a beautiful night and everybody is having a great time."
The Polka Dots followed the Incas because their parade was rained out Thursday night.
People who came from as far away as Wisconsin and Michigan were happy about getting two parades in one night.
Stacey Charania and her family came to Mobile from Michigan.
When asked how her daughter, Ryland, liked the weather, Charania said, "She'll take this over rain or snow."
Andrew Johnson Schmidt and his wife, Angie, didn't seem to mind the weather, either.
They're visiting Mobile from Prescott, Arizona.
We even found a dog named Isabella bundled up in an University of Alabama sweater.
All are hoping the dry weather continues.
