Wet weather almost put a stop to the Order of Inca Parade. Mardi Gras revellers had to wear their rain gear for tonight's parade. Tonight's theme.."Warriors of the ages." People lined the evening's slick streets to catch throws and moonpies. 17 floats were in the parade. This is the organization's 53rd year and it isn't the first time they've dealt with a downpour."It's just very frustrating to do this and then nobody be on the streets you know,"Said one masked member of the organization. Despite the rain, Mobile Police estimate that over eleven thousand revelers attended tonight's parade.
