Paul Hamman is under judge's orders to clean up his property or he goes back to jail. Hamman spent 5 days in jail for junk in January. Hamman had to go back to court on Tuesday. He and his lawyer showed the judge pictures of the progress.
The judge agreed to give Hamman 4 more months to finish. His next court date is set for September 14, 2009.
The 1-800-GOT-JUNK company has offered to pick up one truck load a month through October to help Hamman finish the job. Clean up crews estimate that they got half the junk off Hamman's property last week.
