The Navy ship committee in Mobile has announced the USCG Decisive will pay a visit to the Port City this year.

The medium endurance class cutter "Decisive" commanded by commander Teri Jordan, will arrive the week before Mardi Gras and it will be on display the at cruise terminal.

It will be open for tours. The Decisive is 210 feet long, has a range of 6000 miles, a crew of 75, is armed and bases an MH65 helicopter.  She carries out a variety of Coast Guard missions in the Gulf and Carribean.
