Baldwin County Sheriff's investigators have arrested a Gulf Shores Police corrections officer for allegedly taking items from the department's evidence room.
Barry Martin is charged with theft of property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
He was arrested at his home in Gulf Shores this past Friday where officers recovered several guns and prescription medicines allegedly taken from the police lockup.
