Smoking Ban In Alabama?

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Senator Vivian Figures is hoping a new bill will pass in February. The bill would prohibit smoking in public places, restaurants and bars across Alabama.

Senator Figures says while a ban would improve health for non-smokers, it would also help to bring more people to the state.

She tells News 5 that nearly 30 states across the country have similar legislation already in place.
