Fallen Officer's Family Thanks Community For Support

Dozens of mobile police officers stand at attention for the arrival of the honor flag.  It was placed inside Mobile Police headquarters beside a picture of officer green and his wife Valerie.  Later family members addressed cameras.  They declined to answer questions and wanted time to say thanks to the community.

“I just want to give the community and tell ya'll thanks for all ya'll prayers and support for my family, my husband loved doing his job he never met a stranger, we was the sweetest person I've ever met and he would do anything for anybody and I just want to say thank you for all your prayers whatever it may be, we just want to say thank-you,” says the officer’s wife Valerie Green.
