Personnel at the Mobile County Health Department’s Semmes Clinic will be offering free health screenings from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Thursday.
The free screenings will include blood pressure checks, cholesterol testing, glucose testing, clinical breast examinations, vision screenings, and testing for sexually transmitted diseases.
In addition, personnel from the Mobile Chapter of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America will provide sickle cell testing.
Information about the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) special supplemental nutrition program will also be available.
The clinic is located at 3810 Wulff Road East.
