The Mobile County District Attorney's office say investigators believe James Alread was driving over 100 miles per hour when he slammed into the side of an house killing two people as they slept.
Ronnie and Josephine Lee died in their home in Creola.
Monday morning, the judge set Alred's bond at $300,000.
Police believe the 21 year old was driving the truck under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
Alred is charged with two counts of murder and one count of leaving the scene of an accident.
If Alred makes bond, he will be on house arrest, have to wear an ankle bracelet and will be banned from drinking alcohol.
