Robertsdale police have arrested a man they say pushed his wife out of a moving car.
Police responded to a 911 call reporting a female lying in the southbound lanes of Highway 59, near Robertsdale High School.
The victim, Sherry Sayne from Bon Secour, was treated at the scene and then transported by ambulance to Robertsdale High School where she was picked up by Life Flight and flown to Baptist Hospital in Pensacola. She's lifted in fair condition as of 7:00 p.m. Monday night.
Police say Robert Sayne was driving the car his wife was pushed out of. He's charged with Domestic Violence.
The incident is still under investigation.
