History, formerly known as The History Channel, will premiere a new show titled Big Shrimpin' this Thursday at 9pm.

The show focused on shrimping in Bayou La Batre, which has struggled since Hurricane Katrina and the oil spill.

Captain Scotty operates a shrimp boat in Bayou La Batre and brought in 500 lbs of shrimp on Sunday.
