Copper thieves are at it again in Mobile, this time a home on Hillcrest Road was targeted. Mamun is a real estate agent with Remax in West Mobile. He arrived on Saturday morning to his listing on Western Hills Avenue to find that the home's air conditioning unit had been stripped.

Mamun says he discovered the vandalism while showing the home to a potential buyer. He says it doesn't reflect well on the community.

Just this week a similar story at Whitley Elementary School. Police say the school's air conditioning unit was also stripped for copper. This year alone, over $300,000 worth of damage has been reported at Mobile County Public Schools, all dealing with stolen copper.

Mobile Police are continuing their investigations.
