A drunk driving suspect is in Mobile metro jail after getting "run over" by his own suv.
State Troopers stopped Timothy Scott Sunday night in West Mobile for suspicion of drunk driving.
Scott thought he put his Jeep Grand Cherokee in park and walked back to the trooper's patrol car for a field sobriety test. The SUV started rolling backwards and hit Scott, knocking him down.
Scott was not badly hurt, so he didn't go the the hospital. But he was taken to jail and charged with dui and attempting to elude police.
