We don't know if Richard Dyes was hungry for food or some quick cash.

Mobile police arrested Dyes around 1:00 a.m. Sunday, leaving Fat Boy's Diner near the intersection of Schillinger and Moffett Road in Semmes.

Officers working an extra job were notified about the burglary in progress. They caught Dyes as he was coming out of the building.

Dyes is charged with burglary third degree.
