Mississippi Governor Haley Barbour gave a 30 minute address to CPAC. That’s the “Conservative Political Action Conference.” It’s traditionally one of the biggest gatherings for conservatives in DC.

Barbour’s speech had many of the hallmarks of a presidential stump speech. He criticized the Obama administration for what he calls weak job growth and out of control spending.
