Prichard police have arrested a Vigor High School student in connection with a deadly hit and run.
Police believe 17 year old Devonta Harris was driving a stolen car that ran over 81-year-old Janie Pogue while she was doing yard work.
Harris is only charged with receiving stolen property at this point. But he could be charged with murder if forensic evidence puts him behind the wheel.
Police are looking for another suspect in this case.
