Ryla has operated their call center in Saraland for a few years. Since opening, they have continued to grow and increase their staff.
The company held an open house on Thursday in hopes of interviewing people for vacant positions.
Ryla wants to hire 250 customer service representatives and about 25 managers.
Customer Service Representatives start at $8/hour. Managers will start near $27,000/year, depending on experience.
