The sequestered jury assembled at 1 p.m. Sunday after taking the morning off to attend religious services. The jury met about two hours Friday and about seven hours Saturday without reaching a verdict against the nine defendants.
The jury is made up of 11 women and one man, who is serving as the jury's foreman.
The nine defendants have been on trial for two months on charges accusing them of buying and selling votes on pro-gambling legislation.
