The 17 year old suspect is charged with kidnapping. He was taken to Strickland Youth Center.

Mobile Police say a teenager jumped into a woman’s postal truck at Dauphin Island Parkway and Johns Lane Tuesday morning. Police say the suspect told the woman to drive to Donald Street, where he got out and ran away.
He was arrested a short time later. LeFlore High School was on lockdown during the search. The postal worker was not injured.
