Matthew Boykin Walker, the man accused of being the ringleader in a high dollar antique heist, has pleaded guilty to four counts of receiving stolen property.
Detectives could not place him at the site of the burglaries but told News 5 they found many of the stolen antiques at Walker's properties on Jeff Hamilton Road and Rochester Road in West Mobile.
Investigators say a handful of wealthy families have reported heirlooms missing in Mobile and on the Eastern Shore. When the homeowners were out of town, someone would burglarize and take their antiques.
A rough estimate of the items recovered is 750,000 dollars including silver that was once presented to then Senator John F. Kennedy from President Dwight Eisenhower.
Walker will be sentenced in December.
