The South Alabama Football team ran it's all-time record to a perfect 8-0 with a 56-0 win over Pikeville College.
The Jaguar defense held the Bulldogs to just 88 total yards in the shutout.
Running back Brandon Ross scored twice on goalline runs as USA totalled 242 yards on the ground.
They were led by Ellis Hill, who scored from 56 yards out in the 4th quarter,
Quarterback Myles Gibbon was nearly perfect in the air, completing 7 of 8 passes for 112 yards and 1 score.
T.J. Glover and Courtney Smith each scored a receiving touchdown.
South has two weeks off before they host Nichols State September 18th at Ladd-Peebles Stadium,.
