For many college kids, Spring Break is a time blow off a little steam, catch some sun, enjoy the Gulf...and drink. A study conducted by the University of Wisconsin ranks Baldwin County number two in Alabama when it comes to binge drinking. A problem that's gotten the attention of law enforcement.

Local restaurants and bars realize there's a problem and have implemented a zero tolerance policy when it comes to binge drinking and alcohol abuse.
"If you've had three or four drinks and you're starting to show signs of impairment, you'll be cut off," says Kristine Jones with the Hangout. "If anyone is slurring their words or can't stand up, we cut them off immediately. Then we call them a cab."
Binge drinking is defined as any time a man consumes at least five alcoholic drinks at one time and when I woman consumes four or more at one sitting.
