One man is dead another injured after an early morning car accident in Baldwin County. It happened around 2:30 near Foley on County Road 83 just south of County Road 62.
Alabama State Troopers say 23-year old Kevin Davis of Fairhope was headed south when the car he was driving left the road.
Troopers say he overcorrected, causing the car to overturn and hit a utility pole. Davis was Lifelighted to USA Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.
The passenger in the car, 23 year old Randall McKenzie of Foley was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers say speed is a factor in the crash, but it is still under investigation.
Neither man was wearing his seatbelt.
