65 medical students were "matched" with medical institutions as the USA School of Medicine held "match day" today at the school's Brookley campus Magnolia Ballroom.
USA's Match Day coincides with 155 medical schools across the United States.
The matches are made by the National Residency Matching Program, which takes the students choices and the medical institutions picks and comes up with the list.
News 5 Photojournalist Tim Jones was at today's (Thursday's) ceremony and talked with Samuel Strada, who is Dean of the USA College of Medicine.
Tim also talked with medical students Elizabeth Horton and Marcus Bell and with Errol Crook, who is Chairman of the Department of Internal Medicine at USA.
