Police in Pensacola recently arrested several suspects involved in a burglary ring that targeted homes in East Hill and North Pensacola. The burglaries took place between December 20th and March 4th. Stolens items worth thousands of dollars were recovered including electronic items, tools, computers and much more. Some of the victims were allowed to sort through some of the items today at the Pensacola police department headquarters to see if they were able to identify their property.
Unfortunately, Judie Head was unable to find her missing items. She was the victim of a break-in last year and she says she does not feel safe. She told News 5, "They took my clothes, they took my silverware, my dishes, blankets, sheets, everything..."
She went on to say she doesn't feel safe in her home anymore. She says she is her family's historian and when they stole her computer, they stole her family's history. She told News 5, "...all the notes, everything was on the computer and I'm the only one who had it...now the family has nothing."
