A Pascagoula man is accused of leading police on a chase his 6-month-old son in the car.
Pascagoula police say they tried to stop 26-year-old Christopher Boggan for going straight in a turn only lane. But he refused to stop. At one point, police say Boggan drove through a parking lot and hit a car. When he reached the city limits, Moss Point police picked up the chase.
About the time Moss Point police tried to stop Boggan, they got a call that Boggan has his 6-month-old son in the car. So they called it off.
Boggan's luck ran out when his car broke down. He ditched the car and left his son inside. Police chased him down and rescued the baby.
