No Water For Half Day On Tuesday

MAWSS will shut off water to 150 homes in the Copperfield subdivision in West Mobile from 9 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Tuesday due to a widening project on Airport Boulevard.

Due to construction on Airport Blvd., Mobile Area Water & Sewer System (MAWSS) will need to shut off water to the Copperfield subdivision on Tuesday, March 16, from approximately 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

This shut off was originally announced for Thursday, but has been postponed by the contractor due to impending weather. The shut off will allow contractors to relocate water lines in preparation for the widening of Airport Blvd. About 150 homes will be affected.
