The Baldwin County jury in the capital murder case of Ian Aitcheson has been sent home for the day. Aitcheson is on trial for the murder of his father, Robert Aitcheson. He was found dead inside a burned trailer in 2009 in Silverhill.
Four other teen are charged in connection with this crime. Their cases have not gone to trial. The jury will begin deliberating again Wednesday morning. We will let you know as soon as there is a verdict.
