Fairhope Police, along with members of the Alabama Alcohol Beverage Control Board and a member of the Gulf Shore Police Department raided the 19th Hole Bar, formerly the Jubilee Lounge on Morphy Avenue in Fairhope in the early morning hours Sunday.
Undercover officers say they had bought powdered cocaine in the lounge from employees over the past month.
During the 1:30am raid, investigators say they saw six illegal gambling machines in the lounge and that they were dispensing tickets to gamblers who redeemed the tickets for cash winnings.
The six machines were confiscated and four men were arrested.
James McKay, a 63-year old from Fairhope faces 6 misdemeanor charges of possession of a gambling device and one count of promoting gambling.
49-year old Kenneth Davis of Mobile is charged with three felony counts of unlawful possession of majrijuana.
37-year old Diamond Smith of Fairhope is charged with one felny count of distribution of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
37-year old Kevin Thompson of Mobile is charged with a felony count of distribution of a controlled substance.
All four men were booked into the Fairhope Municipal Jail.
