Jimmy Buffett will play a benefit concert next Thursday in gulf shores to help raise money for Gulf Coast victims. On Monday -- his Margaritaville Hotel will open on Pensacola Beach. I shot the video in this web story today. The beachfront hotel has 162 rooms and suites. Half of it overlooks the gulf -- the other half overlooks Santa Rosa Sound.
