A student pilot got a real life lesson on how to make an emergency landing.
The student pilot and their instructor had to make an emergency landing Wednesday morning in Spanish Fort behind the Bass Pro Shop at I-10 and Highway 98. Both walked away unharmed.
Police have not said what happened to the plane's single engine that forced the emergency landing.
