A Mobile County judge denied bond for the four men accused of robbing and killing a Midtown Mobile man.
In April, 23-year-old Kyser Miree was found shot to death in his home on Macy Place.
During Tuesday's bond hearing, prosecutors called Jamal Lang, Michael Lee, Bo Taylor and Ernest Wiggins a danger to the community.
Prosecutors also revealed that Michael Lee has three felony charges currently pending and they're all in the grand jury waiting action.
Plus, three of the four suspects have extensive records at Strickland Youth Center.
Prosecutors argued that since the men have had several run-ins with the law... and now capital murder charges, they should remain locked up.
"Danger to the community in the circumstances of this crime --there's no connection whatsoever between Kyser Miree and these guys. It's a completely random kind of event. That upsets everyone in the community and gives you an idea of how dangerous this could be," said Mobile County District Attorney John Tyson, Jr.
The judge denied bond, but attorneys for some of the suspects hope to have better luck on Monday.
That's when the men will be back in court for their arraignment.
