A judge denied bond for the four suspects accused of robbing and killing Kyser Miree.

Miree was found shot in the head April 16 at his home on Macy Place. Jamal Lang, Michael Lee, Bo Taylor and Ernest Wiggins are all charged with capital murder. Mobile Police Chief Micheal T. Williams says they were riding around looking for people to rob and "Kyser Miree was just a victim of one of their nights of revelry."

Lang and Lee were arrested Sunday morning before sunrise. Taylor surrendered Sunday evening. Taylor turned himself in Monday morning.

Mobile County Assistant District Attorney Jill Phillips said three of the defendants had "significant" juvenile records, including charges for assault and burglary. She called them a "danger to the community" and asked Judge George Hardesty to deny bond.

All four suspects will be back in court Monday for their arraignment.
