The U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested a homeless man for the New Year's Day rape of a Pensacola woman.
The attack happened in the parking lot of a Wal-Mart on Highway 29.
Marshals arrested 47 year old Willard Crowder at a security storage facility on East Olive Road. He's charged with Sexual Assault with a Weapon, Sexual Battery, and Kidnapping.
Crowder is being held in the Escambia County Jail without bond.
