(AP) - You know all about Groundhog Day -- but how about GroundFrog Day? GroundFrog Day is this coming Saturday, three days before the groundhog goes to work. Organizers in Snohomish, Wash. tell The Daily Herald their bullfrog will be predicting the weather on GroundFrog Day.
