Our pet of the week up for adoption at the Mobile SPCA is an amazing little dog, that has overcome so much. Arthur is a five year old wire-haired terrier.
One of his legs had to amputated after he arrived at the Mobile SPCA because of a previous trauma.
He is a wonderful dog, with a calm disposition.
