Michael Loper, charged with three counts of murder for a deadly 2009 accident near Citronelle has been sentenced. Mary Allyson Baker, 18, Brian Matthew Willis, 17, and Brandon Christopher Willis, 11 were all killed when their car was run off Highway 45. Prosecutors said Loper was chasing and ramming the car, which caused the accident.
Loper was handed a 99 year sentence for each of the three murders. He was also given another 10 year sentence for leaving the scene of the accident.
