Leon Smith was sentenced to 20 years and one day in prison for killing a man on a motorcycle.
Prosecutors say Smith's blood alcohol level was .365, more than four times over the legal limit, when he got behind the wheel of his car and crashed into Christopher Willis, 20.
The crash happened in September 2008 on Hillcrest Road.
