Prichard police say they have a murder suspect in custody.
Ashley Craig was found dead in a yard on Watts Street in Prichard the night of August 30.
He was shot in the head.
Police are not saying much about the circumstances surrounding the shooting, but they tell us Dailey and Craig got into an argument and Edgar Dailey shot Craig in the head.
Family members told News 5 Monday night that Craig was on his way to watch his children at their mother's house.
