The Escambia County Sheriff''s office is investigating the shooting death of a man found at a gas station.
According to a department press release, officers responded to the Exxon Station at 2800 West Fairfield around 10:00pm Tuesday where they found a black male lying in the parking lot behind the store.
The victim was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His name has not been released.
Deputies interviewed several witnesses at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
