A driver going the wrong way on I-65 in Prichard caused a four car pileup.
Prichard police say a Toyota Camry, driving north in the southbound lanes, hit another car head-on around 2:00 p.m, causing a pileup between two cars and two trucks.
One person was ejected. Four people were taken to USA Medical center in serious condition.
The interstate was closed between Wilson Avenue and Bay Bridge Road for about 2 and 1/2 hours.
