News 5 has learned that a man and his two young sons are back at home after being reported missing for almost two months. Michael Nichols and his two boys, 9-year-old Joshua and 13-year-old Ryan were last seen August 9 at the Nichols' home on Riverside Drive in Mobile.
Mobile Police say Nichols and his two sons are safe at home tonight. According to PD, no criminal charges are expected to be filed against Nichols. Mobile Police did not say why Nichols disappeared with his sons or where they have been for the past few weeks. Police say they expect to release more information about this case on Monday.
