Trash Talking In Prichard

There's some trash talking going on in Prichard. Sonya Hunter is fed up so she called News 5 for help. She says the city hasn't picked up the trash on her street in more than 2 months, "I'm staying here in Prichard paying all these high bills then try to keep my yard looking good and then the trash sitting out here taking away from the house," said Hunter. But the City of Prichard says they have picked up in Hunter's neighborhood, "it has been picked up within the last month as a part of the city wide clean up campaign that was initiated by Mayor Davis and I do know that it was picked up within the last month," said City of Prichard spokesperson, Latoya Veal. After we checked in to this story, the city says they will pick up the trash on Magee Street by Monday at the latest.
