The man accused of hitting an elementary school student while she was trying to board her school bus, has been arrested. Alabama State Troopers say Christopher Talley of Mobile struck the nine year old on Johnson Road at the intersection of McRae Drive in West Mobile on September 4. Investigators say Talley failed to yield to the flashing lights and stop sign of the bus and struck the child. Talley is charged with failure to stop for a stopped school bus, driving on a suspended driver’s license and assault in the 3rd Degree.
