Working Hard For No Money

They're working hard for the money but they're not getting paid!

Employees of Butch Feaster in Monroeville say they haven't been paid in weeks. Feaster owns a gas station and tire store.

Workers tell us they haven't received at least two paychecks and are afraid to quit because they won't get unemployment. In the meantime, they're going without paying bills and are getting desperate.

News 5 traveled to Monroeville and found Feaster at his tire shop. He says that he is financially strapped and apologizes for not paying his workers. "I just have no comment on this. Ok well do you have any explanation as to why you're not paying your employees? I've had some unfortunate things happen but they are being took care of and some of these people have been took care of."

Feaster says he will pay his employees by Wednesday. We'll let you know if that happens.
